OpenAI announced that its newest large language models will be offered through Google Cloud’s Model Garden service.
The first model is GPT‑6 Astra, which has been credited with recent AI‑driven math discoveries and a perfect ExploitBench score.
Two smaller variants, GPT‑6.1 Sol and GPT‑6 Luna, launched in late September, trade some output quality for lower token costs, priced five and 100 times less than Astra respectively.
Google Cloud chief executive Thomas Kurian said the partnership gives customers a broad model selection for quality and cost optimization.
The models will appear in Model Garden within weeks and later integrate with Google’s Confidential Compute, Antigravity coding tool, and Gemini Agent business‑automation product.
