NVIDIA announced a validated Kubernetes runtime for its Dynamo distributed inference framework.
The runtime, part of the NVIDIA DSX AI Factory Platform, uses the AI Cluster Runtime (AICR) to create reproducible recipes with pinned component versions.
Dynamo 1.4.2 employs TCP for request traffic and ZMQ for KV‑cache events, supporting both a native Frontend router and a Gateway API Inference Extension (GAIE) path.
The AICR recipe includes the GPU Operator, Node Feature Discovery, Dynamic Resource Allocation driver, KAI Scheduler, NVSentinel health checks and Prometheus metrics collection.
